Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or email within 14 days of delivery, providing your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
- 2.Quality Inspection
Ensure the footwear is unworn, in its original packaging, and includes all tags; our team will review your request and provide a return authorization code.
- 3.Ship the Product
Carefully pack the items and ship them back to our designated warehouse facility using a trackable courier service of your choice.
- 4.Resolution Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange size or issue a store credit/refund within 7-10 business days.
